NXL Paintball Returns to Raymond James Stadium with Tampa Bay Open

TAMPA, FL - The 2024 NXL season has been one for the books with an incredible season-opening awards ceremony and industry summit in Las Vegas, nationwide television exposure through ESPN with six national broadcasts, corporate sponsorships with Hertz and South Electronics, and at least four of the largest events ever recorded in Pro Paintball history! We have enjoyed celebrating each of these new highs with you and are just getting started.
Major League Paintball is thrilled to announce Pro Paintball’s return to Tampa Bay’s Raymond James Stadium for the 2025 season opener on March 6th – 9th! This iconic venue became legendary when the NPPL Super 7 Series first held an event on the grass outside the stadium just over 20 years ago. We are thrilled to be working closely with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and Tampa Sports Authority to make professional paintball’s return to the Raymond James Stadium the greatest NXL season-opener yet!
From Tampa Bay, we are rearranging last year’s schedule by holding our second event at Atlantic City’s Bader Field May 1st – 4th. This earlier timeslot will provide plenty of hotel and resort options for our competitors at great rates among the famous boardwalks and casinos. Our third event of the year takes us to the NXL’s first-ever event in Cincinnati, Ohio, June 19th – 22nd! The impressive number of paintball enthusiasts and NXL athletes who live within driving distance of Joyce Park should make for an incredible Midwest Major.
The fourth and final 2025 non-World Cup event will bring the NXL back to Audubon Park in Garland, Texas! Moving this event to September 11th – 14th puts the odds in our favor for better weather at this beautiful venue.
Last but certainly not least, we invite you to join us for the world’s largest pro paintball tournament in sunny Florida November 12th – 16th for the 2025 World Cup!
