A LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR:
|
Dear Basketball Prospect,
I would like to officially invite you to the 2019 SEBA Showcase.
Our Academy has focused on building players of all ages and abilities. We currently work with
all ranges of athletes from middle school to professional players. Our goal with this showcase is
to help the high school players gain exposure to the competitive world of college recruiting. We
have invited every Division 2, Division 3, NAIA, and JUCO within the Eastern United States to
attend. Due to the recruiting limitations set by the NCAA on division 1 programs, SEBA will be
evaluating this 1 day event with the intent of distributing to schools unable to attend.
The format of this Exposure camp includes skill station work. SEBA would like to give players a
chance to showcase skills in the areas of: ball handling under pressure, guard pivot moves, post
pivot moves, shooting off the screen, shooting off the dribble, and finishing moves. This segment
will give coaches an idea of the fundamentals each player possesses along with the work ethic put
forward in drills.
SEBA will also conduct 5 vs 5 games with high school officials refereeing each game. This
segment will give coaches the opportunity to see players in a game setting. Coaches will be
looking for players, who understand the team concept and have the ability to transfer individual
skills into a game setting.
This is a tremendous opportunity for Florida prospects to gain exposure on a state and national
level. The SEBA Event will host Division 2 programs, Division 3, NAIA programs, JUCO
programs from in and out of state.
SEBA will be providing evaluations on each player which will be sent out to Division 1, 2, 3 Juco
and NAIA programs throughout the southeast. We encourage you to attend this event. This event will be a great opportunity for players looking to bring his game to the next level.
Remember, the harder you work the luckier you get!!!
