Head Coaches to Highlight Third Annual Tampa Bay Sneaker Soiree

TAMPA, Fla. –  On Thursday, May 23, The Tampa Bay community will come together to recognize local sports business excellence and achievements with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission’s 3rd Annual Tampa Bay Sneaker Soiree presented by the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. Scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at TPepin’s Hospitality Centre, the evening will be highlighted by a Coaches’ Corner discussion with three of Tampa Bay’s professional head coaches, including Tampa Bay Rays’ Joe Maddon, Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Greg Schiano and Tampa Bay Lightning’s Jon Cooper.

The night’s festivities will be emceed by Jenn Brown, a two-time Emmy Award winning broadcaster. Additionally, Bright House Sports Network will telecast the event live for an airing date that has yet to be determined. 620 WDAE, a Clear Channel station, will also air the event live in its entirety.

Hosted by the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, the celebration will acknowledge a year’s worth of local sports properties’ successes on and off the field. In addition, the night will pay homage to three Tampa Bay legends, as well as the 2013 Moral Courage award winner. New this year, a King of Tampa Bay Sports will be crowned; a raffle that will give one local super fan the chance to attend nearly every Bay area home sporting contest in 2013-14.
