Description: Plant City Stadium and Randy L. Larson Four-Plex is well-known throughout the softball world. It serves as the home of the International Softball Federation, which is softball’s world-wide governing body, and it will soon be the future home of the Softball Hall of Fame. The stadium is host to many tournaments such as the annual Florida High School Softball Championships and various international and domestic competitions. Originally the spring training facility of the Cincinnati Reds, the stadium was converted into a softball field in 1999.
The Plant City Stadium is a 310-foot lighted stadium with 6,700 seats, a press box, restrooms, concession stands and lighted parking. The Randy L. Larson Four-Plex houses four 310-foot lighted softball fields that include lighted parking, bleachers, restrooms, playgrounds, a pavilion and a city-operated concession stand. The stadium also features two meeting spaces and offices on site.
