On August 22, 2016 Samantha Greiner joined the Tampa Bay Sports Commission (TBSC) as a Graduate Assistant.
Samantha joined the TBSC after spending time with the USF Athletics Development Department as an Administrative Assistant. Before that, she spent four years at the University of South Florida as a Women’s Softball student-athlete. She graduated in May 2015 and received her BS in Marketing and Management.
Samantha is currently a graduate student at the University of South Florida in the Sport and Entertainment Management Program. She is finishing up her second and final year of the program. She will graduate in May 2017 and receive both an MBA and MS in Sport and Entertainment Management.

The University of South Florida and the Tampa Bay Sports Commission will serve as co-hosts for the event at Amalie Arena, with two national semifinal contests played on April 4, while the national championship game will be played Sunday, April 6.

During Gasparilla Bowl week festivities, the TBSC and the Replay Tampa Bay initiative, teamed with the Bowl, Fanatics and WWE Global Ambassador, Titus O'Neil, to celebrate the Bowl's Community Day at Sligh Middle Magnet School. The #ReplayTampaBay distribution event helped put 200 new footballs back into the hands of our local youth as we continue to Help Keep Kids in the Game!
