"Beyond Barriers: Because of Title IX " Comes to USF Sun Dome on Sunday, October 1
The event is FREE and the program will focus on preparing the next generation of female student-athletes (ages 13-18) for the road ahead.
TAMPA, FL - The Tampa Bay Sports Commission has joined forces with Positive Coaching Alliance - Tampa Bay to announce the newest installment in the "Beyond" Series, Beyond Barriers: Because of Title IX. The event will take place at 1 p.m, on Sunday, October 1 at the USF Sun Dome and will feature local influential leaders discussing gender equality and how sports help advance women at every level.
Beyond Barriers: Because of Title IX is FREE and the program will focus on preparing the next generation of female student-athletes (ages 13-18) for the road ahead. Seating is limited and registration is required.

About the “Beyond” Series
The “Beyond” Series is a legacy program started by the Tampa Bay Sports Commission. Traditionally hosted in conjunction with major championship events in Tampa Bay, the program is focused on gathering and empowering local women of influence and celebrating the impact of sports in our community. As a result, over 800 local women have participated in the “Beyond” Series over the past eight years.
