Tampa Bay Sports Fans Look to Become 6th "King of Tampa Bay Sports”
Raffle Aims to Raise Money for Local Youth Programming
TAMPA, FL - For the sixth consecutive year, the Tampa Bay Sports Commission (TBSC) and Budweiser are proud to present the King of Tampa Bay Sports raffle contest. This unique raffle allows Tampa Bay sports fans the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to win two (2) season tickets to more than 200 Tampa Bay sporting events over the course of the next year. These two lower-level tickets will include admission to all five professional franchises regular season home games for one entire season (Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, Rays, and Rowdies), in addition to the 2018 University of South Florida (USF) Football season, the 2018-19 USF Men’s Basketball season, 2018 Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl, 2019 Outback Bowl and the 2019 Valspar Championship.
On Tuesday, May 1, two finalists will be drawn from those that purchase tickets online and will be invited to attend the Tampa Bay Sports Commission's Eighth Annual Sneaker Soiree. The two finalists from online purchases will be combined with the entries from those that purchase tickets onsite at the Sneaker Soiree and the winner will be drawn at the event on May 3, 2018 at TPepin’s Hospitality Centre via announcement on stage during the program. The winner must be present at the drawing to win.
Pepin Distributing Director of Marketing and TBSC board member, Bill Gieseking stated, “As America’s legendary lager, Budweiser is proud to once again present the King of Tampa Bay Sports. We feel fortunate to help fulfill one of the wildest dreams of a local sports fan.”
Only 200 total contest entries are available at select price points. A single chance can be purchased at $200.00, three entries for $500.00 and 10 entries at $1,500.00.
Continuing the TBSC’s community-first efforts, proceeds from the contest will go to benefit local youth sports programming.
