2018 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Track and Field East Preliminary Comes to USF on May 24
Tickets On-Sale Beginning Thursday, March 1
TAMPA, FL - The University of South Florida (USF) and Tampa Bay Sports Commission are pleased to announce that tickets are officially on-sale for the 2018 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Track and Field East Preliminary, set for May 24-26 at USF Track & Field Stadium.
The NCAA East Preliminary is the largest collegiate track and field event to be hosted in Tampa Bay with over 1,600 competitors expected to attend.
Three-day “All-Sessions” passes are $35 per person, single session tickets are $15 per person and all children two and under will receive free admission. Group tickets (10 or more) are also available upon request at 1-800-Go-Bulls.
“We are very excited to welcome some of the best track and field athletes in the world to compete in Tampa in May,” USF Director of Athletics Mark Harlan said. “We look forward to partnering with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission to host an outstanding event at the USF Track & Field Stadium in which these outstanding student-athletes can perform at an elite level.”
Additionally, the Tampa Bay Local Organizing Committee launched the official splash site for the 2018 NCAA East Preliminary. Guests visiting the page will have the opportunity to purchase tickets, register to volunteer, collect event and venue information as well as explore local dining, shopping and things to do while in-town.
For those potentially looking to get involved with the NCAA East Preliminary, volunteer shifts are now available.
